Amy Russ is the Vice President of Customer Analytics at Synchrony. In her current role, she manages a team of data analysts, data scientists, and Agile project teams to scope, analyze, and recommend projects that focus on improving the customer experience. She has an MBA from Auburn University; Master of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology; and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University. Outside of work, Amy is passionate about learning new skills and teaching others. She currently studies three languages and has taken up ceramics. |
